Citi-Serv is a professional process serving firm in Ontario. Since 1991 they have served legal documents and handled court filings for law firms across the GTA and the province.
Process serving is a trust-heavy service. The people hiring them are lawyers, clerks, and paralegals who need reliability and professionalism under deadline. Before they call, they check the website. That first impression has to land.
Their live site is at citi-serv.ca. The older citi-serv.com domain now points there so existing bookmarks and business cards still work.
The Unusual Backstory: We Built Their Old Site Too
Here is the part most agencies will not put in a case study. GrowToday built Citi-Serv’s previous website years ago.
That earlier site did the job for a long time. It put the brand online, explained the service, and gave law firms a way to get in touch. But the web moves. Standards rise. What looked sharp then started to feel dated next to what professional buyers expect in 2026.

Side by side, the difference is obvious. The old site leaned on a loud gradient and a generic promise. The new site leads with who they serve, how long they have been at it, and what to do next.
